wpZipper is a new website that does one thing: Makes a zip file of Wordpress along with whatever plugins you want. You go through the long list, select the plugins you want, then bam, it makes the zip file for you. Just unzip the whole thing, upload to your server, and you have it all there ready to set up. This takes the hassle out of looking all over for things and doing it one by one.

One small qualm: They haven’t put MY plugins up there yet! I’ll berate them until they correct this oversight :)
